    If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

    how long will it take to receive my order?

    Every cosmic carrying bag is genuinely handmade, so your order goes through three stages:

    Order processing: 1-3 business days
    Handcrafting_your bag: 1-2 months, depending on current demand

    Shipping: 3-5 business days once it leaves the studio

    Total: roughly 5-10 weeks from order to delivery.

    Longer than Amazon - but that's the trade-off for owning something truly handmade. If it's a gift, please order ahead.
